I have been here on two occasions with my daughter until I found a better dentist. The staff aren’t all that helpful. The dental care is subpar. I would choose carefully before making an appointment here.

We had a very disappointing experience with the orthodontic department. After our son’s initial consultation in June, we were told we would hear back within a week. Instead, we waited for over a month and had to call the office 3–4 times before anyone followed up. When they finally contacted us, they asked us to come in on a Saturday for additional photos. Then, two days later, they called again saying our son also needed X-rays and asked us to bring him in immediately on a Monday, even though he was in school. When I asked why the X-rays weren’t done during our Saturday visit, they couldn’t give us a clear explanation. The repeated delays, poor communication, and lack of coordination have been very frustrating. We understand that orthodontic treatment requires different records, but these appointments should have been organized more efficiently to avoid multiple unnecessary trips. We hope the office can improve its communication and scheduling process for future patients.

My child is seeing an orthodontist here. We were told they would call within a week to start treatment. Three weeks passed, so we called to check; the staff said our child needed to go in for another photo. The week after that photo was taken, we called again, only to be told our child needed yet another photo. That’s just how they operate—they keep making you come back without actually resolving the issue or explaining what is going on.

This company lacks customer service. I receive a call 2 hrs before my appointment stating my child’s insurance is not active. I received a call prior to the day of my appointment and everything was confirmed, no issues. Why am I receiving a call 2 hours before my appointment? All I hear is excuses that the insurance is closed, their system is down. The insurance issue should have been addressed the day before allowing the patient 24 hrs to figure out the issue. 2 hours before the patients appointment is unacceptable. No consideration for the parents time when appointments are arranged 6 months in advance. This shows how unorganized they are. They didn’t do their part and confirmed everything and want to cover themselves calling 2 hours before with poor excuses. In addition, there’s no apology to the customer. When these issues happen they don’t take accountability for not checking these issues in a timely manner. I would not be recommending this place as my sister encountered similar issues. As parents we have no time for this poor customer service experience. Please hire better qualified individuals who take ownership in their jobs. The members you have there have no passion espec

Yal been having bad reviews for a long time. Owner responds but none is being fixed all ya did was add “excuse for the wait signs” I don’t think you’re taking these reviews serious enough … your loosing clients clearly & would loose more. it seems nobody wants to really do their job im VERY observant and I watched workers walk around doing NOTHING while theirs people outside waiting and while I was also waiting. I believe since they noticed I was asking questions they were prob nervous to attend to me due to not wanting or having the answer or wanting to do the work. ?? Seems nobody likes to do the cleanings so they’ll make you wait until someone finally decides to do it. Most workers seems lazy . You should hire new people ! Even though I seen yal did but guess’s what monkey see monkey do. they gotten too comfortable and think it’s okay. I seen a girl get excited that she’s about to leave and it was only 2pm .. when they close at 4. Starting to think they purposely don’t book people after a certain time so they can go home. I also see they don’t follow the first come first serve basics. They’re not organized or just don’t care. Makes me wonder if they don’t care about the little
